Jochen Renz leitete nach einigen Stationen im Commercial Bereich das Fünf-Sterne Renaissance Tower Hotel sowie das Courtyard by Marriott in Zürich.
Dabei ist er kein Hotelier, der einfach in der Lobby steht, sondern viel mehr jemand, der Lösungen sucht und das Erlebnis anstrebt, Übernachtungen für die Gäste besser zu machen.
Seit seinem Executive MBA setzt er sich mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden auseinander und lebt diese in seinen Betrieben als einer der Haupttreiber der Arbeitsweise in seinen Teams. Jochen zeigt bei Future Teamwork, dass Zusammenarbeit mehr ist als ein Erfüllen von Arbeit. Es ist der Antrieb des täglichen Lebens.
